Installing SuperSKa Guestbook v2.0 automaticly upgrades existing KappaDelta Guestbooks.

This module is actually a next version of the successful KappaDelta Guestbook 1.0. On installation it will automaticly upgrade all guestbooks in all portals.
SuperSKa Guestbook v2.0 has been tested with DNN 3.0.13, 3.01.00 and 3.01.01. The module is available both as Private Assembly and with full source. Source-version also includes the private assembly. Only SqlDataProvider is currently supported.
